All in stock orders placed before 1pm are despatched from us that day; delivery charges are calculated online and are added to your order in your basket.
Please note that all orders over £100 qualify for free delivery (UK Mainland only) and all orders under £100 cost from £2.00-5.00 depending on weight and size. However, you will never pay more than £5.00; much less than it costs us!
When you order online or by telephone you will be told an exact delivery date so that you know when to expect your order. We can deliver to a work or family members address if it is more convenient for you; just enter a delivery address when you checkout. However, the billing address must match the address where your card is registered. If you choose this option please enter a landline telephone number for the billing address (you can add a mobile number too). This is only available on orders within the UK. We are confident that we offer the fastest, cheapest and most reliable service in Skateboarding.
| We use three types of delivery service:
1st class Royal Mail: for small items. This usually takes 1-2 days and is delivered by your postman.
APC Courier: Overnight delivery service on all larger/heavier items. Items are delivered on the next working day (Mon-Fri). This can be anytime between 8.30am and 4.00pm and it requires a signature so please try to be in. If you are out then they will try a neighbour or failing that, leave a card for you to contact them to arrange a day when you will be at home. Saturday and timed deliveries are available at an additional cost; please call for a quote.

Parcelforce Worldwide: For all deliveries outside of Mainland UK. This usually takes 1-4 days but can be delayed by local delivery services and/or customs control.
